Could use a lot of improvements

My 18 month old loves this app, but he also gets really frustrated with it. On the iPhone 4 the screen with the play button takes a while to get past. He gets really annoyed by that.

Also we both find the controls frustrating. Often the letters will go backwards to A then back to the play screen where it takes another minute to get back to the game. It would be better if every time you touch the screen it just moves forward.
